The online store ModelKIT is a service provided by Minitec, with its registered office at Rua Teófilo Carvalho dos Santos, 10C, 1600-773 Lisboa, corporate registration no. 503 510 840. The service allows users to browse products and place orders electronically.
2. Products and orders
Minitec aims to keep prices, descriptions, specifications and availability accurate. Any error or unavailability identified after an order will be communicated to the customer.
3. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within the statutory period of 14 days after receiving the goods, by clearly communicating their decision and returning the product under the applicable conditions.
